Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in may be possible if your cabin is ready.
Smoking Policy
- All cabins are non-smoking.
- A $150 fee will be charged for smoking inside a cabin.
Security Deposit:
- $150 per cabin
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed in all cabins.
- Please bring a cover for furniture to prevent pet hair buildup.
- Dogs must be leashed, cleaned up after, and crated when unattended.
- Please only bring pets that are well behaved and non-destructive. We are dog friendly if your dog is friendly and quiet.
Cancellation Policy
- Because we are a small resort, cancellations significantly affect us.
- A minimum 1-week notice is required to cancel or change a reservation.
- For multiple cabin reservations, a 30-day notice is required.
- Late cancellations will be charged 100% of one night’s stay per cabin.
Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.
Note:
We intentionally do not provide TVs. This is your chance to disconnect, relax, and enjoy time with your loved ones. That is what a trip to Harbor Country is all about.
Outdoor Disclaimer
Our cabins are located near wooded areas that provide a beautiful natural setting. While we do our best to keep cabins and immediate surroundings free of pests, nature is beyond our control. You may encounter poison ivy, ticks, bugs, bees, and other outdoor elements. The property cannot be held liable for natural environmental conditions.
Damages
Cabin Inspection & Damages Policy
- Each cabin is thoroughly inspected before and after every guest stay.
- If you notice any damage upon arrival, please inform us right away so you will not be held responsible.
- We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages that occur during your stay.
